A company can recruit interns throughout the year, using the ReGeneration program to fill entry level positions. This means that hiring’s happen regardless of the opening and the closing of candidate applications.

Once your application is submitted, we will get in touch with you and give you access to our candidates’ database. There you will be able to search the candidates profile according to your needs and communicate with them directly.
Who is responsible for the intern selection and how can a company can customise it to meet its needs?
ReGeneration is responsible for the two-month extensive selection process which consists of CV Screening, Games-based Assessment and Live Assessment Center.
Every time a company opens up a position through the program, they get access to the profiles of the finalists and can contact the finalists directly so as to go through the company’s own selection process.
Of course. Lots of our existing hiring partners use our program to support their existing graduate programs.
The only requirements for a company to participate in the program is to pay the intern’s salary (750 €/month gross) and to give the intern a meaningful learning experience through their work.
What are the obligations for participating companies and what will happen in case a company does not find the right candidate?

In the event that a company does not find a candidate to cover its needs, the company is not obligated to hire an intern.
What role does ReGeneration play in the contract with the candidate and what is the involvement of the program during these six months?
The contract is solely between the company and the intern. There is no involvement of ReGeneration during the 6-month period except for (a) the communication related to the compulsory attendance of ReGeneration trainings and (b) feedback purposes.
Of course. The contract with the intern can be renewed by the end of semester or be signed from the very beginning according to the needs of the company (full-time contract). Even though companies are not required to do so, 80% of the interns are kept on as full time employees at the end of their internship. This is further proof of the quality of the young candidates that are chosen and trained by the program.
