ATHENS – Yet another collaboration for ReGeneration Academy begins shortly before the end of a successful year as ReGeneration, the pioneering professional development and paid employment program, joins forces with the Institute of the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (INSETE).

Committed to its purpose, ReGeneration Academy returns dynamically with a proposal to fill the gap between available jobs and suitably qualified candidates through specialized training in the tourism sector – an undoubtedly driving force of the Greek economy and social welfare.

The new training program “Regeneration Academy Hospitality Front Office Powered by INSETE” concerns the field of Front Office, which is one of the central parts of the hotel, as well as related positions in Rooms Division,  Guest Service and Guest Relations Agent focuses. The integrated program offers a variety of development opportunities for employees, not only within the reception area, but also in directly collaborating departments, as it places them at the heart of the operation of a hotel.

About ReGeneration

With a vision to democratize post-university education and career opportunities for young graduates in our country, ReGeneration is the largest employment and training program in Greece. An initiative of the Global Shapers Athens Hub and World Economic Forum, ReGeneration was created with the goal of contributing to youth employment, bridging the skills gap, and combating “brain drain.” The program addresses talented young graduates (up to 29 years old) in a range of specialties with 0 – 3 years of work experience, who strive to stand out as young professionals in Greece. ReGeneration offers participants 6 months (minimum) paid employment at multinational companies and SMEs in Greece, and 64 hours of training with a focus on personal and professional development, as well as mentoring opportunities with renowned market executives. As part of the program, participants also complete 25 volunteer hours supporting select NGOs. ReGeneration is a non-profit program supported by: Coca-Cola, The Coca-Cola Foundation, The Hellenic Initiative and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. Select partners offering necessary services, know-how and resources to the program include: Arctic Shores, ethelon, Job-Pairs, kariera.gr, Mindshare, Deloitte, OTE Academy and RSM Greece.

Constantly investing in innovative pillars, in 2018, ReGeneration launched ReGeneration Academy, a program hosting specialized training programs aimed at filling the gap between available jobs in specific sectors of the Greek labor market, and suitably qualified candidates. So far, four targeted training programs in digital marketing, coding, data science and data engineering have been successfully completed.
