With technology as a key ally, ReGeneration has remained true to its commitment to supporting the country’s youth by advancing the digital operation of its operations.
With responsibility and composure, and without discounting any of our program’s results, ReGeneration continues to support thousands of Greece’s young graduates, and the hundreds of companies that support them in turn. Despite the difficult current situation, ReGeneration has chosen to continue operations and planned program efforts.
Always keeping in mind the safety and security of all program participants and partners, and with technology as our ally, ReGeneration readily adapted to the new reality, and successfully completed all stages of its 10th cycle.
ReGeneration proves with this move that a program, which until now required the physical presence of many participants, can be successfully conducted digitally!
More specifically, the actions implemented include:
The 1st Virtual Live Assessment Center, through which 500 candidates were interviewed in a span of two days by 50 professionals from 40 companies. With the help of technology, professionals and program candidates connected via an electronic platform and conducted all scheduled interviews with complete success, resulting in approximately 300 finalists.
Equally successful was the training phase, which was modified due to the circumstances, as the 300 participants attended a 3-day Live Virtual Training full of interactive experience in soft skills, discussions with industry professionals, and virtual networking, all from home.
The training was complemented by the free online courses available on the LinkedIn Learning platform, through which participants completed 14-hour courses on very interesting topics such as project management, design thinking, growth mindset, team work, and empathy and adaptability.
ReGeneration had begun its strategic partnership with LinkedIn in 2019 to make online courses available to all participants, for a combination of physical and digital presence training experiences.
With the completion of the training stage, the 300 young talented ReGenerators are now available for consideration for roles at partnering companies. During this extremely critical time for the country and the labor market, ReGeneration continues to offer young graduates the opportunity to grow and stand out in Greece!
